Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty Coverage

Evenore Solutions LLC, doing business as Fragror, provides a limited warranty on all Fragror smart fragrance diffuser hardware products purchased directly from fragror.com or from an authorized Fragror retailer.

Warranty Period

All Fragror smart fragrance diffusers are covered by a 1-year (12-month) limited warranty from the date of original purchase.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

• Atomizer or nozzle malfunction not caused by misuse or incompatible oils
• Turbofan failure
• Electrical or power supply defects
• LCD touchscreen defects (applicable models)
• Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity hardware failure

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident
• Damage caused by use of non-Fragror fragrance oils or incompatible liquids
• Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (scratches, dents)
• Damage caused by power surges, water exposure, or extreme temperatures
• Fragrance oils, oil refill cartridges, and other consumable products
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim:

1. Contact us at info@fragror.com or +1 (469) 434-6194 with your order number, product name, and a description of the issue
2. Include photos or video demonstrating the defect if possible
3. Our support team will assess the claim and provide further instructions
4. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion, at no cost to you
5. We may require you to ship the defective product to us for inspection. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for approved warranty claims.

Warranty Remedies

At our sole discretion, we will either repair the defective product, replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value, or refund the original purchase price.

Limitation

THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY EVENORE SOLUTIONS LLC FOR FRAGROR PRODUCTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

OUR LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
