We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. Prices displayed at the time of your order will be honoured for that transaction.

Coverage area specifications (e.g., “up to 2,000 square metres”) represent maximum performance under optimal conditions. Actual coverage may vary depending on room layout, HVAC system configuration, airflow, and environmental factors.

Subscription Services

Fragror may offer subscription-based products, including automatic fragrance oil refill deliveries. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Recurring charges at the frequency and price stated at the time of subscription
• Charges will be applied to the payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@fragror.com
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, no partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle
• We will notify you by email before any price changes to your subscription

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product names (Fragror, FRAGROR BLISS, Apex, Apex Duo, Studio, Drive), graphics, software, and design elements, is the property of Evenore Solutions LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Fragror smart fragrance diffusers and fragrance oils are intended for use as described in the product documentation and on our website. You agree to:

• Use only Fragror-branded fragrance oils with Fragror diffusers (using incompatible oils may damage the device and void your warranty)
• Follow all setup, installation, and maintenance instructions provided
• Not modify, disassemble, or tamper with any Fragror device
• Consult a veterinarian before using fragrance diffusers in environments with pets
• Keep fragrance oils out of reach of children

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that fragrance results will be identical across all environments, as scent diffusion is influenced by room size, ventilation, humidity, and other factors.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Evenore Solutions LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
